Has over 7 years of rich and varied experience in the areas of General Management, O and M, Sales and Marketing, Commercial and Customer Support.

Has worked with large corporate companies like Lucent Technologies, Primus Telecom and has got diverse work experience in USA, UK, Australia and India.

As a Managing Director, he has been the architect of the company’s global generics strategy. He has helped create new platforms of growth for 24x7 Direct. He has built a diverse, talented and experienced senior management team. Currently he is focused on driving 24x7 Direct growth globally.

In the course of his career he has provided direct marketing services to a wide variety of businesses involved in business to business and business to consumer activities for major companies in such diverse markets as Australia, Canada, Fiji, México, The Bahamas, The United Kingdom and the United States of America.

Marc has been published in marketing magazines and direct marketing handbooks, and spoken as a guest speaker at industry conferences and seminars throughout the world. Telemarketing teams under his management in the past have received 3 Silver and 3 American Resort Development Association Gold 'Ardy' awards. He is also a past American Resort Development Association Silver Award recipient for Marketing Management Executive.
 
Paras Jain, Financial Controller
Paras Jain - Financial ControllerParas Jain is the financial controller at 24x7 Direct. He joined the company in July 2008 and is responsible for monitoring and recording the flow of money through our organization and reporting on several important aspects.

Paras has done his Masters of Accounting and Financial Management from La Trobe University, Melbourne. To identify and acquire the diversity of skills needed in today's business environment Paras is currently doing a CPA degree.

Has over 3 years of experience in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll. Currently these skills coupled with a drive to succeed that has enabled him to make a major contribution to the entire organization, implementing a strategy that resulted in a substantial increase in productivity.
 
Cassandra Wilson , Human Resources & Training Manager
Cassandra Wilson Human Resources & Training ManagerCassandra Wilson has been with 24x7 Direct since August 2007 and works under the title of Human Resources & Training Manager.

She has had a passion for sales since the age of 17, when she started her first sales roles, setting appointments for financial institutions over the phone and then going onto knocking on peoples doors. She then decided to follow in her fathers footsteps by acquiring a Diploma in Business (Human Resources) to give herself the opportunity to mix her two passions together - the vibrant sales career and the nurturing of individuals all rolled into one.

Cassandra attracts new candiates, conducts the interview process, selects the new members of staff, trains and inducts all new employees to the organisation.

Her training sessions include: OH&S requirements, compliance, 24x7 Direct policy & procedure, product knowledge, systems training, sales training, work place etiquette and, of course, some fun activities!

Currently, she is working alongside her fellow managers to drive the company forward through the increase of ability and efficiency in those primary tools - Human Resources
 
Avinash Abraham, Operations Manager
Avinash Abraham has been working for 24x7 Direct Pty Ltd. for the past six years. Avinash joined the company initially as a telemarketer and was promoted as a Sales Team Manager within 6 months of working for the company. During his term in working for the organization as a Sales Team manager, Avinash has assisted the company in reaching new and unprecedented heights and was subsequently offered the position as SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER in December 2005.

Avinash, is always going be considered as an indispensable asset for our organization and there is a lot more to come from him. Due to his diligence at work, our company has now secured contracts, which were at one time considered beyond our reach. He has over time become one of the best entrepreneurs for the business and has created new paths, which invariably results in increased revenue.

Avinash has also got a solid education in commerce, advertising and marketing, backed by St. Xavier's College, which is ranked among the Top Ten Business Colleges in the World and completed his Masters in Commerce and Marketing graduating from Deakin University in Melbourne.

Avinash's responsibility as the Sales Operations Manager involves him handling a workforce of 50 (Fifty) plus employees including the Team managers, and to derive the best results from them in terms of revenue generations and work ethics. His duties also involve in him creating Strategic Planning Avenues for the betterment of the various campaigns within the company.

Violet Yao Song, IT Manager
Violet Yao Song is the IT manager of 24x7 Direct Pty Ltd. She has been working for the company since September 2009. She is responsible for managing the overall development & operations of IT system in the company as well as implementing dynamic CRM systems and process improvement. Her achievements in the realm of Information Technology are spectacular which can be well sumrised by the overall automated system of employee CRM and quality control and voice file management process at 24x7 Direct. She is also the hands-on troubleshooter for the company, being first to respond to issues regarding technology. Troubleshooting and monitoring computer networks both internally and in remote locations.

She has completed her Bachelor of Information Technology and Advanced Diploma in IT & Web Development from RMIT University. She has been awarded with high achievement scholarships and graduated as one of the top students from the University.

Violet Yao Song aims to keep the organization's information technologies running smoothly 24/7, and support the company with technology that can help enhance infrastructure, propel the business and allow the company to pursue new business opportunities.
