Devang Parikh is the founder and the Managing Director of 24x7 Direct. He leads the core team that has driven the company’s growth to an emerging discovery-led global BPO company. Devang Parikh has done his MBA from La Trobe University, Melbourne.

Has over 7 years of rich and varied experience in the areas of General Management, O and M, Sales and Marketing, Commercial and Customer Support.

Has worked with large corporate companies like Lucent Technologies, Primus Telecom and has got diverse work experience in USA, UK, Australia and India.

As a Managing Director, he has been the architect of the company’s global generics strategy. He has helped create new platforms of growth for 24x7 Direct. He has built a diverse, talented and experienced senior management team. Currently he is focused on driving 24x7 Direct growth globally.

Bryan Edwards: Director - Business Development

An MBA from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Bryan has worked with companies such as AT & T and has varied experience in Teleocommunications, Energy and the Holiday industry. Bryan holds more than 6 years of experience in the call centre & BPO industry and has been a major driving force in acquiring new clients for 24x7 Direct.
