Working at 24×7 Direct the last two years has let me see and experience multiple aspects of the roles you can play within. The company and the whole journey has been a massive learning curb that has led me to my position I hold now as the Quality Assurance Manager. Before I joined 24×7 , I had never worked in a full time role let alone an industry quiet like this. It is face paced, highly interactive and a very challenging role. However, ongoing support and constant training from our leaders and managers makes it a lot easier. The environment within the office is similar to that of a family which makes coming to work more rewarding.
To be fair sales/lead generation can be tough. At 24x7Direct, targets are important as are compliance and quality. Luckily the company equips you very well to face these challenges and given that you respect the job the company rewards you and looks after you very well. The office at 24x7Direct is fun, the people are great and there is never a dull moment. Beer after work and other events are an added bonus.
Since being a part of 24x7Direct, I’ve had my share of ups and downs of the job. But despite all challenges I’m faced being part of a team full of happy and positive people compensates for all the challenges that come my way. I enjoy the job as well as the environment.
When I started working at 24x7Direct, I was surprised to find such a rich, convivial workplace culture in an industry I’ve always assumed was drab and unexciting. The fast-paced high pressure keeps me on my toes and ensures I’m challenged on a daily basis and flexibility with my own work allows me to continually develop and advance my own skills whilst contributing to team –oriented targets and goals.
