We manage payroll. Staff get above average salary, sick leaves, annual leaves, 13th month pay and public holiday loading.

The general assessment tests the candidate on language, numeracy aptitude and personality. This is where we get an idea of their personality and things they would be good at.
We use a platform Test Gorilla. They have a large library of technical assessments which we use for this assessment.
Our due diligence involves comprehensive background checks and contacting provided references to validate candidates' claims and work ethics.
You will have the final say as to who you'd like to work with. We usually present 3 to 4 shortlisted candidates. If you're not happy with them, we'll present more until you select a staff member.
